Trust · AI transparency
AI can assist the work. People remain accountable.
AI tools may assist drafting, structure, translation polishing or operations. They do not replace human responsibility for editorial accuracy, legal sensitivity, directory data or licence verification.
Read the relevant record, then take the next action with the boundary in view.
Directory and information platformPublic disclosure
The policy makes the line between assistance and authority explicit. It protects readers from unsupported jurisdiction-specific legal conclusions and protects users from the misuse of confidential information.
Allowed assistance
AI may assist drafts, summaries of public material, structural suggestions, translation polishing and administrative formatting under human supervision.
Human review
Reader-facing guides and other sensitive material require human editorial review before publication as finished content.
Not AI alone
AI must not be the sole authority for legal conclusions, case outcomes, licence verification or other sensitive claims.
Privacy boundary
Confidential client matters should not be pasted into public AI tools. Consultation data follows the site’s privacy process for human triage.
