Nanjing government site for the commission, also called the Jiangsu (Nanjing) International Commercial Arbitration Center. Filing address: floors 25–26, Civil Defence Building, 189 Guangzhou Road, Gulou. Model clause submits contract disputes to the commission under its rules. The published committee includes a vice-president of the Nanjing Intermediate People’s Court. Distinct from labour arbitration.
