Current-law scope and cautions
- MHRSS guidance requires electronic labor contracts to be concluded through an electronic labor-contract platform with identity authentication, reliable electronic signature, intention confirmation, storage/access and data-security capabilities; valid electronic contracts have legal effect.
- Government-registry authentication or local labor-bureau filing is not a universal validity prerequisite for every electronic labor contract.
