Jurisdiction change from 1 Nov 2025Important change: categories that were previously centralized at the court — including specified online copyright and neighboring-rights disputes, internet-completed financial and small-loan contract disputes, certain e-commerce product-liability disputes, and traditional online tort disputes — are directed to other competent courts under the current rules.
