For foreign parties, expect a forum more comfortable with prospectus-style issues, fund governance conflicts, custody and margin disputes, and regulatory-adjacent civil claims—still under PRC procedure.

Securities-related investor claims, banking and trust product disputes, certain insurance and wealth-management conflicts, and commercial cases tightly bound to financial markets or institutions. Ordinary trade receivables or employment claims usually do not belong here merely because a bank is a party.
