What this calculator covers

Property cases: progressive case-acceptance fees based on the amount or value of the claim. The bands start with RMB 50 for claims not exceeding RMB 10,000 and then apply progressive percentages from 2.5% down to 0.5%.

Other case types: the tool includes the national schedules for divorce, personality-rights, IP civil, labor and administrative cases. Where national law gives a fee range and allows local authorities to set the exact amount, this calculator displays the range rather than selecting an arbitrary figure.

Not included: preservation fees, enforcement application fees, appraisal, announcement, translation, evaluation, auction, storage and other expenses that may arise separately.
