Specify the product or service, customers, channel, territory, timing, transaction opportunities, accused act, and the competitive advantage or consumer choice said to be affected.

What makes the conduct actionable?

For confusion, document the identifier’s influence and likely mistaken association; for promotion or disparagement, preserve the exact statements, audience, context, truth basis, and measurable effect; for online conduct, map the technical intervention and user flow.

Which route should be used first?

Compare evidence preservation, notice or platform action, market-regulation complaints, civil interim relief, damages, corrective measures, contractual remedies, and coordinated IP or antitrust claims.
