Article 42–43 workflow

After a sufficient rights-holder notice, the platform should take necessary measures and forward the notice. The seller may submit a non-infringement statement. If the platform does not receive notice within 15 days that the rights holder complained to an authority or filed suit, it should promptly terminate the measures.
