  • Under the current Interim Provisions on Consumer Product Recall Management, regulator-notice/order routes use a 10-working-day recall-plan reporting deadline; public recall information is generally released within 3 working days after plan reporting.
  • Older rules and defect-automobile rules use different 5-working-day timelines; do not mix those regimes.
